RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside our control.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank and credit card statements. If the refund is not posted, contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have issues, email us at info@riggsandwiggs.com.au.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email info@riggsandwiggs.com.au and mail your item to: PO Box 42, Branxton, NSW 2335.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: PO Box 42, Branxton, NSW 2335. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. If your return is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
